Designed for temperatures up to 350°C with pressureless operation - safer than steam, more efficient than electric.

Thermic fluid (thermal oil) heaters use a closed-loop system where specially formulated heat transfer oil is circulated through a fired heater and then through process equipment. This allows precise, high-temperature heating without the pressure risks associated with steam boilers.

At Capitals Engineering Projects, we design and fabricate coil-type thermic fluid heaters in horizontal and vertical configurations, supporting a wide range of fuels - from conventional LDO and FO to advanced hydrogen, methanol, and tri-fuel combustion systems - to suit your specific heat load, process temperature, and fuel availability.
